Rehabilitate Runway, Taxiways, and Apron Pavement (Crack Seal and Seal Coat)
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for REHABILITATE RUNWAY, TAXIWAYS, AND APRON PAVEMENT (CRACK SEAL AND SEAL COAT), to be constructed for HUERFANO COUNTY will be submitted through BidNet until 2:00 PM May 24th, 2022, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at a virtual meeting immediately to follow. Late bids and bids delivered by any means other than Bidnet Direct will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened.
An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 PM, May 17, 2022 in the Pilot’s Lounge at Spanish Peaks Airfield, 1061 CO Road 101; Walsenburg, CO 81089. This meeting will also be held virtually. Information regarding the virtual meeting will be distributed via Bidnet one week prior to the meeting time.
The Project consists of rehabilitation of airport pavements including crack repair, tiedown installation, seal coat installation, and pavement marking installation.
Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
