The Economic Development and Tourism department provides support to the County Tourism Board and assists new and existing businesses.
The Public Works Department includes Facilities Maintenance, the Gardner Public Improvement District, and the Waste Transfer Station.

The Road & Bridge Department maintains the County Road System and operates the Spanish Peaks Regional Airport.
