Senator Kathy Kipp, the sponsor of SB26-102, has begun conducting stakeholder meetings regarding 2027 legislation regarding data centers. Senator Kipp’s starting point for crafting legislation is this amendment/re-write of her bill that was circulated prior to the bills defeat at the end of last session.
CCI staff would like to collect feedback from commissioners and county staff regarding this updated version of the bill.
