The Huerfano County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 8, 2023 at 1:30 PM in the Board of County Commissioners chambers at 401 Main St, suite. 309, Walsenburg, CO 81089 to receive public comments on land use application 23-05 submitted by Huerfano County Economic Development to rezone a parcel located at County Road 301 # 00520, parcel no. 10635, and an adjacent 5-acre parcel, the deed for which is recorded under reception number 333002 from agricultural to industrial and to amend the plat to divide the 35.45-acre parcel no. 10635 into two parcels.
