Huerfano County is seeking proposals from general contractors to provide construction services necessary for exterior rehabilitation of the historic Fox Theatre Building. Project will be awarded in a two-round process where interested parties will be qualified and then qualified parties will be invited to bid.

Written submissions for the supply of services described herein will be accepted until Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 4pm MST. Any qualifications received after that time will not be considered. Submitted materials must be emailed in PDF Format to Carl Young, County Administrator at administrator@huerfano.us.
