The Huerfano County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on October 10 at 10:00 AM in the Commissioners’ Chambers at 401 Main St, Suite 309, Walsenburg, CO 81082. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a second reading of the Huerfano County Marijuana Licensing Regulations, which were read at a first reading on 9/12/2023.
